I attended the NYSAND 86th Annual Meeting &  Expo in Lake Placid, NY May 11-12th. I enjoyed networking with fellow dietetics professionals from around New York State including a previous classmate from Messiah College! The highlight of the conference for me was attending the speaker sessions on various nutrition and professional topics.
